The Mirpur Save Sight Integrated Child Clinic supervises the clinics at Mirpur and Bijoyrampur. The children attend whichever clinic they find more convenient.

A doctor visits the area twice a week when he prescribes whatever medicines are necessary for treatment. Babies up to eight months old are given nutri-mix packets, which comprise nutritious porridge enriched with vitamins and sugar.

An annual sports day is also usually for the children. In due course of time this has developed into a very popular event where both adults and children participate in equal measure. Prizes are given away to winners of the competitions.
